Eimhear joined Below the Radar in May 2009, working as a researcher on the “Mountbatten” documentaries for RTE and the History Channel, as well as on the “On the Brink” series for BBC. She has a Bachelor’s degree in English from Queen’s University, Belfast, and a Masters in Journalism from the University of Ulster, Coleraine, for which she was funded by the National Council for the Training of Journalists. She has previously worked for the BBC and UTV as a web and technical media assistant and has been published in a number of national and regional newspapers including The Guardian and The Belfast Telegraph.
